INVIN GROUP JV LLC is a manufacturing and engineering joint venture. We design, manufacture and supply equipment for the maintenance of railway rolling stock and urban electric transport.
Who we are
Engineering and manufacturing under one roof
INVIN GROUP JV LLC is a joint venture founded in 2026 in Tashkent by Maximum Business Innovations LLC together with Omsk Transport Electronics Plant LLC to develop the manufacturing of process equipment in the Republic of Uzbekistan. We combine international engineering expertise with a modern production base to build machinery that matches the real operating conditions of depots and plants.
The company designs, manufactures and supplies equipment for locomotive and railcar depots, repair plants, metro systems and tram yards: electric lifting jacks, static frequency converters, test benches and process tooling.
Our in-house design office and production site in Tashkent allow us to support every product across its entire life cycle — from specification and design to installation, staff training and after-sales service.

Manufacturing
Production capabilities
Our production site in Tashkent covers every key process stage — from raw materials to testing of finished products.
- Machining — turning and milling operations, manufacturing of screw pair parts and housings
- Welding — welding of load-bearing frame and portal structures with weld inspection
- Electrical assembly area — control cabinet assembly, installation of power electronics and wiring harnesses
- Assembly and test bench — sub-assembly and final assembly, acceptance testing under load
- Incoming material inspection — verification of rolled metal and components before release to production
