Services
Full-cycle equipment support — engineering, manufacturing, installation, staff training and service throughout the entire life cycle. All from a single source, with one point of responsibility.
What we do
A full range of services
We take on every stage of working with depot and repair plant equipment — from the first concept design to upgrades after years of operation.
How we work
Five steps from request to after-sales support
Request and survey
You describe the task — we clarify operating conditions and requirements and, if needed, visit your site for a survey.
Design and quote
Our engineers prepare a technical solution, a specification and a commercial proposal with firm lead times and pricing.
Manufacturing
We build the equipment at our own site and carry out acceptance testing — including tests witnessed by the customer.
Delivery and installation
We arrange delivery, installation and commissioning, handing the equipment over with a complete documentation package.
Service and support
We train your staff and provide warranty and post-warranty service throughout the equipment's entire life.
Reliability
Warranty commitments
We provide a warranty on all equipment we manufacture — from electric lifting jacks to static frequency converters. During the warranty period any fault is rectified at our expense, including replacement of parts and assemblies.
Mobile service teams work at customer sites in Uzbekistan and abroad. Once the warranty expires, we sign post-warranty service agreements with scheduled maintenance routines and priority spare parts supply.
- Warranty from 12 months — on all equipment of our own manufacture
- Spare parts in stock — fast shipment of spares and consumables
- Mobile service team visits — diagnostics and repair at the customer's site
- Post-warranty agreements — scheduled maintenance throughout the service life
Let's discuss your task
Tell us about your depot or plant — our engineers will select the right solution and prepare a commercial proposal in short order.
