INV-DE series
Synchronized lifting without uncoupling the train
INV-DE series electric lifting jacks are designed for synchronized lifting of railcars, locomotives and metro trains during scheduled maintenance, depot repair and overhaul. The equipment lifts rolling stock as a whole, without uncoupling, opening access to bogies and underfloor equipment.
The jacks operate in sets of 4 to 16 units controlled from a shared synchronization panel. The system continuously tracks the position of every column and keeps the car body strictly level throughout the entire lifting and lowering stroke.
The design is built around a self-locking screw pair: the load is held securely at any point of the stroke even during a complete power failure. Wheeled bases allow the jacks to be moved quickly around the shop and the set to be redeployed at a new repair station without crane operations.

Multi-level protection system
Self-locking screw pair

Overload and misalignment protection
The synchronization system monitors the load and position of every column and stops lifting on any deviation.
Limit switches and emergency stop
End positions are restricted by limit switches, and emergency stop buttons are fitted on every column and on the shared panel.
