We have completed the full factory testing cycle of the INV-DE 50, a 50 t electric lifting jack and the top model of the range. The new jack is designed for lifting heavy sections of mainline locomotives and is fully compatible with the INV-DE 30 and INV-DE 40 models within a single synchronization system.

During testing the equipment ran endurance cycles under rated load: the accuracy of synchronized travel within a set, the correct operation of overload and misalignment protection, and the stability of the self-locking screw pair were all confirmed.

Series production of the INV-DE 50 will start in autumn 2026. Our sales team is already accepting pre-orders and preparing commercial proposals for specific depot and repair plant projects.

INVIN GROUP JV LLC has successfully passed the ISO 9001 quality management system surveillance audit. The auditors recorded no nonconformities.

The audit covered the company's key processes — design, procurement, manufacturing, testing and after-sales service. Material traceability and incoming inspection of components were specifically commended.
