Catalog section

This section brings together equipment installed at repair stations and in the specialized sections of locomotive depots: the electric machine shop, bogie shop, pantograph section and wheel-motor unit area. Test benches, tilters and repair stations cover the key operations of running and intermediate repair of DC and AC electric locomotives — from disassembly and inspection of assemblies to post-repair testing with a test report.

The design of every unit is tied to the customer's rolling stock series: the type of traction motors, bogie weight and wheelbase, pantograph design and the suspension arrangement of the wheel-motor units. Before development, INVIN GROUP engineers study the shop layout, the repair program and the available utilities, then agree the layout, tooling set and level of automation with the customer. Equipment is delivered with supervised installation, commissioning and staff training.

  • Built for the customer's locomotive series
  • 3×380 V, 50 Hz power supply
