Signalling, interlocking and block system repair equipment

We design and manufacture bench equipment for the repair workshops of railway signalling divisions and metro signalling laboratories — from relay and point machine testing to track circuit equipment adjustment, configured to the customer's range of apparatus.

Catalog section

Signalling, interlocking and block equipment is maintained on a fixed schedule: relays, point machines, signal heads and track circuit apparatus are periodically removed from site, repaired and tested in the signalling repair workshop, and returned to service only once their parameters have been confirmed. This section covers benches that reproduce the operating conditions of the apparatus on the workshop floor: they supply adjustable power and load, measure electrical, timing and mechanical characteristics and generate a test report. The equipment is intended for railway signalling divisions, metro depots and signalling services, and industrial enterprises with their own track network.

Every INVIN GROUP bench is configured to the customer's range of apparatus: relay types and plug-in bases, point machine design and motor voltage, signal head diameters, and the track circuit types and frequencies in use on the railway. The design office agrees the list of tested parameters and the report format with the workshop's process engineers, manufactures interchangeable adapters and fixtures, and delivers the equipment with software, supervised installation and staff training. When a whole workshop is outfitted, the benches are networked with a shared database of test results.

  • Relays, point machines, signals, track circuits
  • Electronic test report
  • Configured to the customer's apparatus
  • 1×220 and 3×380 V power supply
