Equipment for rolling stock receiving, departure and maintenance yards
We outfit receiving, departure and maintenance yards of stations and depots with equipment for charging and testing train brakes, supplying compressed air and securing trains on the tracks — from a single track to the entire yard.
Catalog section
A receiving and departure yard is where, during a train's dwell time, the cars must be inspected, the brakes charged and tested, the train secured against rolling away and prepared for departure on schedule. Yard equipment works outdoors all year round, so it must withstand the climate, be simple to maintain and communicate reliably with the yard duty officer. The category covers stationary brake testing units, compressor stations, mechanized train securing devices, and air supply columns and compressed-air networks along the tracks.
INVIN GROUP designs yard outfitting to the track layout and the nature of the station's work: the number and length of tracks, the make-up of the trains served, the site gradient, the distance to the compressor station and the operating mode of the car maintenance point. Equipment is supplied with pipeline valves, control cabinets and operating documentation; at the customer's site we carry out supervised installation, commissioning and staff training.
- Network pressure 0.7–1.0 MPa
- Trains of up to 100 cars
- Operation at −40…+45 °C
- Configured to the customer's track layout
