Repair and maintenance equipment for mining machinery

This section brings together equipment for the repair and maintenance of open-pit mining machinery — hydraulic and rope shovels, dump trucks with payloads from 90 to 240 t and auxiliary vehicles. It includes tilters for heavy components, benches for disassembling, assembling and testing hydraulic cylinders and motor-wheels, and lifting systems that raise a dump truck as a whole for tire, wheel and suspension replacement.

The equipment is supplied to mechanical repair shops, hydraulic and electric drive repair sections and open-air service pads. INVIN GROUP designs every station for the customer's fleet: load capacities, fixture mounting dimensions, working pressures and stroke lengths are set from the list of dump truck and excavator models, and the number of stations from the annual repair program and the shop layout.
