Repair equipment for special self-propelled rolling stock (on-track machines)

Special self-propelled rolling stock — motor trolleys, rail tractors, maintenance railcars, tamping and ballast cleaning machines — combines running gear, a power unit, a hydraulic transmission and extensive working-tool hydraulics in a single vehicle. Repairing it calls for benches and stations designed around that combination of assemblies, not standard locomotive or wagon equipment alone.

Before design work begins we review the customer's fleet — machine types, the hydraulic transmissions and hydraulic units in use, the layout of the building — and size the stations, adapters and test programs for the specific series. Equipment is supplied with installation, commissioning and staff training.
