Hydraulic system test bench for on-track machines
Tests pumps, hydraulic motors, cylinders and control valves of track machines after repair, measuring flow, pressure and leakage.
We will send photos and drawings of the equipment on request via the contacts page.
Equipment
Description
The bench is designed for acceptance testing of hydraulic units of special self-propelled rolling stock after repair: gear and axial piston pumps, hydraulic motors, working-tool cylinders, directional control valves and relief valves. It verifies pump delivery and volumetric efficiency, valve setting pressures, internal and external leakage, and the tightness of cylinder seals under load.
The bench has two independent pressure sources. The pump under test is driven through a coupling by a separate variable-frequency motor, and the load on it is created by an adjustable throttle and a loading valve. For hydraulic motors, cylinders and directional valves, fluid is fed from the bench's own hydraulic power unit; the pressure, flow and temperature in every branch are recorded by sensors and shown on the operator panel. Maximum pressure and maximum flow are not reached simultaneously: loading modes are limited by the drive power.
The bench consists of a hydraulic power unit with reservoir, filtration block, fluid heater and cooler, a test table with quick-release couplings and mounting plates, a load frame for cylinder testing and a control cabinet. The set of adapters, couplings and mounting plates is assembled for the customer's range of hydraulic units; on request, a module for testing electro-hydraulic directional valves and a stand for checking high-pressure hoses are added.
Features
Design features
- Testing of every type of hydraulic unit — pumps, hydraulic motors, cylinders, directional valves and relief valves are checked at one workstation without rearranging the equipment
- Automatic test reports — the controller logs pressure, flow and temperature at every point and generates a test report for each unit
- Stable fluid temperature — the heater and cooler keep the oil within the working range, so results do not depend on the time of day or the season
- Clean hydraulic circuit — two-stage filtration and contamination monitoring protect repaired units from a repeat failure
- Operator protection — the test table is enclosed by a guard, and the bench sheds the load automatically if pressure or temperature is exceeded
