Repair station for motor trolleys and rail tractors

The repair station is intended for the maintenance and routine repair of motor trolleys, rail tractors and maintenance railcars with bogie or wheelset roll-out and access to the power unit, hydraulic transmission and roof equipment. It is built on an existing track in the depot or workshop and brings together everything the crew needs in one complex: the pit, body supports, platforms and utility distribution.

At its core is an inspection pit with rails on steel pedestals and side recesses: from here the running gear is inspected, cardan shafts and axle gearboxes are removed, and the brake rigging is serviced. After the machine is lifted with a set of electric jacks or an overhead crane, the body is set down on four screw-type support stands, the bogies or wheelsets are rolled out along the track and the space under the body is cleared for work.

Guarded side platforms at roof level run along the station — from them the loader cranes, cabs and working-tool hydraulics are serviced. Utility columns with 380 V and 220 V sockets, compressed air points and low-voltage lighting are spaced along the station; the pit is fitted with luminaires, tool niches and an oil collection channel. To the customer's specification the station is extended with a hydraulic oil change unit, a single-girder overhead crane and racking.
