This category covers equipment for depot repair and overhaul of freight cars: bogie assembly and disassembly stations, benches for coupler repair and brake valve testing, wheelset storage and transport systems. The equipment is designed for high-volume flow-line repair and multi-shift operation.
We supply both individual units and fully outfitted shop sections. During design we account for the customer's bogie and coupler types, track gauge, shop layout and existing crane runways, so the equipment fits into the current process flow without rebuilding the facility.
Every unit ships fully equipped — with its drive, control system and safety devices — passes acceptance testing at our site and is installed under the supervision of our engineers, with training for depot staff.
