High-speed rolling stock repair equipment

We outfit high-speed train depots with equipment designed around fixed-formation trainsets: lifting the whole train, checking wheelsets without removing bogies, servicing traction converters and giving staff access to every level of the car body.

Catalog section

High-speed rolling stock is maintained as a single train: the cars are permanently coupled, traction and auxiliary equipment is mounted under the floor and on the roof along the whole train, and roof and underfloor units need to be reached from several levels at once. This category brings together equipment built around these constraints — stationary lifting systems spanning the full train length, in-situ wheelset inspection units, benches for traction converters and multi-level service platforms. It is intended for depots and service centres that carry out scheduled inspections, running repairs and planned replacement of major units on high-speed trains.

Every product is matched to the customer's specific train series: the number and pitch of lifting points, trainset length, wheel diameter and profile, traction converter dimensions and mass, roof height and the layout of roof-mounted equipment are all built into the design at the specification stage. INVIN GROUP engineers coordinate the layout with the depot floor plan, inspection pits and overhead catenary, and for a new depot can propose complete outfitting of the repair station — from the lifting system through to power and compressed-air distribution.
