Tram repair equipment
We design and manufacture process stations for tram depots and car repair workshops — from lifting low-floor articulated cars to repairing traction motors and testing pantographs and door mechanisms.
Catalog section
Tram rolling stock differs from railway and metro vehicles: low-floor articulated cars must be lifted at the standard lifting points of all sections at once, the bogies are compact and run on small-diameter wheels, and traction motors, pantographs and door drives arrive for repair in small batches as cars come in. The equipment in this section is built around these constraints. It includes stationary lifting systems with in-floor lifting units, ring-type bogie tilters, traction motor repair stands and test benches for pantographs and door mechanisms.
Every INVIN GROUP product is matched to the customer's fleet: the number and mass of car sections, the lifting-point layout, the bogie wheelbase and mass, and the types of traction motors and door drives. The design office surveys the depot site, prepares a layout for the existing tracks and inspection pits, agrees the documentation with the operating department and delivers the equipment with supervised installation, commissioning and staff training. Where required, stations are completed with our own mobile electric lifting jacks — for depots without a stationary lifting system — and static frequency converters to power the car during testing.
