Catalog section

Multiple units are repaired differently from locomotives: traction equipment is distributed along the train, gearboxes and motors sit on every motor bogie, and door drives and roof-mounted units need regular checks because of intensive service. This category brings together equipment for exactly these operations — car lifting and bogie roll-out over the pit, traction gearbox repair in the shop, bench testing of door drives and safe access to roof equipment. It is used in multiple unit depots, repair plants and service centers maintaining commuter, urban and regional trains.

Every item in the category is built for a specific train series: the spacing of the body lifting points, bogie weight and wheelbase, the type and voltage of the door drives, roof height and the set of roof-mounted units are taken from the customer's documentation at the specification stage. INVIN GROUP engineers tie the equipment into the existing pits, tracks and columns of the shop, integrate it with the catenary earthing system and, where required, design the complete repair station — from lifting to post-assembly testing.

  • Built for the customer's EMU series
  • 3×380 V, 50 Hz power supply
  • Single car or two-car section
