Industrial ultrasonic cleaners

Ultrasonic cleaning removes oil, grease, carbon deposits, scale and wear debris from surfaces of complex shape — from blind holes, passages, threads and gaps that a spray washer jet cannot reach. Cavitation acts over the entire immersed surface at once, so parts leave the tank ready for flaw detection and measurement without manual finishing with brushes and solvents.

The equipment in this section is used in locomotive and railcar depots, in brake equipment, fuel injection equipment and roller bearing repair sections, and in the diesel engine and electrical machine shops of repair plants. The range covers tasks from cleaning small parts in a 100 l tank to processing diesel engine blocks and gearbox housings weighing up to 2 t.

INVIN GROUP selects the tank volume, transducer frequency and power, solution temperature and composition for the customer's specific range of parts — based on drawings of the assemblies of the locomotive or railcar series repaired at the depot. Baskets, cradles and hangers are made to the dimensions and weight of the parts, and the control system is set up for the section's process modes.
